For professionals
Our share sits on top of your pay, never deducted from it. We pay you within sixty days regardless. And the relationship with the client is yours.
Our share sits on top of your pay
We agree a rate with you, and that is the rate. We add our share on top and declare it to the client: it is not deducted from what you take home, and it does not change if the client negotiates.
We pay you within sixty days, regardless
Even if the client pays late. The risk of collecting payment is ours, not yours.
The relationship with the client is yours
If a client wants to keep working with you, or hire you, that is provided for and regulated in the contract: a financial condition, in writing and limited in time. Nobody cuts off your access for speaking directly to someone.
We verify you once, and it counts
Identity, language, rate: we verify them once and the result stays yours, available for the next search.
What you state stays stated: your candidate record keeps what we have verified separate from what you told us.
We tell you how it went
Within five working days of the interview you have an answer: yes, no, or "the client has not decided yet". If it is no, we tell you the reason when they give it to us.
Once the assignment has started, we are still here
We call you after two weeks, after two months and before the end date. What you tell us stays between us until you authorise us to pass it on.
If the assignment is at risk, you hear it from us, in time to decide. Contracts, invoices and compliance stay with us.
What we do not do
We do not pass your CV around without telling you, and we do not put you forward to anyone without your explicit consent for that client and that position.
We do not ask about your availability "for an interesting opportunity" without telling you who it is for, what needs doing and at what rate.
We do not auction you off against others on price.
If you would like to be part of it
Write to info@bravotime.it with a couple of lines on what you do and the rate you work at. It is not an interview: it helps us understand whether and when it makes sense to talk.
