BravoFinder
The portal where your search lives: you open it in two lines, and from then on you can see things happen. It is not software to buy; it is the tool we use to work for you.
A recruitment search is usually a closed box. You open it with an email, and then for weeks the only way to find out where things stand is to ask.
BravoFinder is the same search, but open. We set it up for each client, you log in with your own access, and inside is what is happening: who we have contacted, who has replied, what we have verified and what we have not.
It is not a product we sell you. There is no subscription fee, no licence agreement, and it is not part of any package. It is the tool we work with, and we give you the keys because the work is being done for you.

01
Open the position
The role and two lines on what the person must be able to do are enough. We take care of the other questions: if something does not add up, we call you back within one working day.
You can fill in the form yourselves, or have the assistant write it while you describe the role. Either way, you decide when to send it.
Opening a position: the role and two lines on the problem to solve. -
02
We tell you how many people exist
Before the search starts, the portal tells you how many people in our records actually have that combination of requirements, and which constraints are narrowing the field.
If the profile as you wrote it does not exist, we tell you straight away and suggest what to relax first. It is a conversation, not a verdict.

We approach a few people, chosen one by one
We do not send a job ad to everyone. The people we approach know from the start who we work for, what needs doing and at what rate.
The decision to approach someone is always taken by a person. The portal prepares the list; it does not send it.

04
We put people forward, and write down why
Every candidate record keeps what we have verified apart from what the person has stated, and from what remains yours to assess. The three never mix, and when something is missing we say so.
The decision to put someone forward always rests with whoever interviewed them. We do not give scores and we do not rank people.
The candidate record: the reasons written out in full, the person's own words kept apart from ours, and the years of use found on the CV — not a grade. -
05
The interview, with the times already in
When you want to meet them, you propose three times and the invitation goes out. The person hears the outcome within five working days: yes, no, or that you have not decided yet.
The candidate record is only sent with the person's consent, for that client and that position. Without it, nothing is sent.
Your searches at a glance: what is waiting on you, what is under way, what has closed, and who follows each one. Sample data. -
06
The assignment, with its dates and its paperwork
From the start onwards every contract is here: the dates, the agreed rate, our offer and your purchase order, ready to download. The page is up to date every time you log in.
Contracts, insurance cover and compliance stay with us. Reporting and invoices are a service we provide, not a form for you to fill in.
Every engagement with its dates, its rate, our offer and your order, ready to download. Sample data. -
07
Your numbers, the same ones we look at
Open and closed searches, days to close, interviews held, spend for the year. No figure is calculated just for you: these are the numbers we work with.
Where a figure is incomplete we say so instead of rounding it. An estimate stays an estimate even when it looks worse.
Spend is an estimate based on rates and calendar days, not an invoice — and when a rate is missing, the page says the figure is incomplete. Sample data.
What is not in it, and why we say so
The portal is not updated in real time: it is updated each time you log in, and when something is waiting for your answer we also tell you by email.
There is no chat. The things that matter we tell each other by phone, and what we decide is written down in the search.
There are no invoices for you to fill in. Reporting, contracts and compliance are a service we provide: you find them done, not to do.
There is no score. No one is given a mark, and no list is ranked from best to worst. Candidate records are compared side by side, and the assessment stays with the reader.
The assistant, and where it stops
When you open a position you can write it up yourself, or describe it out loud to the assistant and let it fill in the form with you. It prepares, tidies up, and suggests what is missing.
Then it stops. It does not decide whom to contact, it does not choose whom to put forward to you, and it does not write the candidate record. Those three things are done by a person, and their name is on the candidate record.
