Freelance

Choose the form that suits you. Just two questions: who holds the contract, and whether you pay for the days or for the work.

Team

When the work is bigger than one person: a group that has already worked together, or one we put together around the person leading it, one person at a time.

Who leads stays your choice — one of your own managers, or someone in the group who takes responsibility for the result. The form of the contract depends on this.

Permanent hire

Roles that depend on continuity: the people who hold the systems together, the people who know your domain. We present a small number of candidates, all meeting the requirements, in weeks rather than months.

These are commitments, not polite estimates. If a date is not going to hold, we tell you as it happens, not when it is due.

What comes with every candidate

Verified — identity, language tested by us, rate already agreed. Stated — stack, years, experience, with the source. Yours to assess — their level in your context, which remains your decision.

The three are never mixed, and when we are not sure about something, we write it down for you.

After the start

We check in after two weeks, after two months and before the end date — with you and with the person separately. In the meantime we keep renewals, invoices, insurance cover and compliance documents in order.

We do not get involved in the substance of the work: it is the same line that separates a service contract ("appalto di servizi") from staff leasing ("somministrazione di lavoro"), and in an inspection it concerns you more than us.
